The celebrations will begin at 11:00 AM ET. Please arrive a bit early to get settled.

📍 Where is the wedding?

The celebration will take place at the Boathouse in FDR Park, South Philadelphia, PA.

The Boathouse is located on the north shore of the lake, just south of the American Swedish Historical Museum.

🕰 How long is the event?

The celebration will include some initial brief remarks followed by food, dancing, yard games, possibly paddle boating, and hanging out.

The party ends at 4:00 PM.

🌿 Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

The Boathouse is covered, but the event is outdoors, right next to the lake.

☔ What if it rains?

We all get nice and close under the boathouse and try to stay dry.

🚗 Is parking available?

Yes — free parking is available in FDR Park near the venue at the American Swedish Historical Museum parking lot (across the street from the boathouse) in spots that are closest to the boathouse.

♿ Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Unfortunately, no.

👗 What is the dress code?

Smart casual to garden casual but mostly smart casual.

Some level of comfort is encouraged as there will be lawn games and possibly paddle boating on the lake.

Frog and Toad vibes encouraged - but not required.

Think browns, tans, greens, and earthy colors.

👠 Should I plan footwear accordingly?

Yes — the venue is partially on grass and next to a lake/boardwalk. Choose shoes you’re comfortable standing and walking in. The main areas of the boathouse is paved and is where the tables and dance floor will be. Also, if you're interested in exploring FDR park further would definitely bring a walking shoe.

Do your thing — just don’t wear a white dress.

Yes — expect yard games, paddle boats, maybe exploring parts of FDR park and plenty of time to relax, eat, and socialize.
